Why nobody takes lighting jolt in fire/ice build?

So I see builds everywhere but I keep wondering why no one takes lighting jolt rubys for lighting grap? Its very easy to get and only 3 rubys also you don;t require a lighting force spell or somehting the buff its there every 30 secs... and you have a great killing move... So I as thinking why? :huh:

It's simple: People trust tooltips.

By fire/ice I assume that you mean a build that has "War of the Elements: Burning Ice" ruby. If you have it, you never generate lightning force points and according to Lightning Jolt english version tooltip description, it works only at start of elemental cycles that allows you to build up lightning force points. Which is NOT true.

Since my.com doesn't take it seriously to make sure tooltip description is 100% consistent with how the skill actually works and people assume it works as it says, they don't take it.

Ah.... Yes that's why the burning ice ruby. F! your so right I should have thought about it... But it never crossed my mind. Also could you translate that world chat comment?

I could get punished by mods for inappropriate language, it's got lots of nasty swear words. Actually, the reason I find that comment so awesome and extremely funny is that someone could fit so many swear words in four sentences without it looking awkward.
